6 writing tips to write more

Today I want to share with you my reflections and thoughts after persisting in writing.
Make a writing list
After finishing the house chores every day, I always feel exhausted and worn out.
I have a strong desire to express myself, with many thoughts to write down each day from observations, readings, and reflections.
Relying solely on memory to remember what I want to write will lead to quick forgetfulness.
With an increasing number of things I want to write about occupying my mind, I began feeling overwhelmed — constantly feeling the need to write but unsure where to start.
Initially, I only had one small article in mind to write, but as more thoughts and assignments emerged, I found it hard to remember everything, not knowing where to begin.
One day, feeling overwhelmed by all the thoughts in my mind, I decided to list down everything I wanted to write about.
Each topic was briefly noted in a few words or a sentence, then organized in order.
After writing them down, my mind cleared up, realizing that what I needed to write wasn’t as much or as complicated as it seemed.
The next steps became clearer, just needing to write step by step according to priority.
From then on, I would pick a topic based on priority and start writing.
Output frustrations and reflect
After listing down the topics I intended to write about, my goals became clearer, starting to write immediately after chores.
On nights too tired to write after work, I shifted to writing in the morning.
I checked off each writing task as I completed them, feeling accomplished.
Sometimes, when writing about my own problems and frustrations, putting them into words allowed me to step out of the issue, analyzing it at its core and understanding its essence.
The sense of fulfillment after completion and the reflections following the expression of frustrations gave me a refreshing feeling, dissipating the worries in my mind.
